The Little Acorns is located in Fulwood, Preston. The Pre-School/Nursery was established over 20 years ago and runs on the support of parents, carers and grandparents.
Our Pre-School/Nursery provides a variety of stimulating activities including music classes, trips in the local area, story time and outdoor play.
Children are supported to develop at their own pace and their welfare and happiness is paramount. We also work hard to develop strong links with parents and carers.
Our staff have excellent engagement with parents and have a first class partnership working with other services and providers ensuring the children’s unique needs are known and attended to at all times.
Little Acorns is a limited company with charitable status which is run by a committee of volunteers (Registered Charity Number: 1136626).
We have two rooms – Explorers cares for our 2-3 year olds while our Inventors room is for our 3-4 year olds.
Our curriculum
